1. Make sure that your computer is connected with a network cable (no wireless connection!)


The computer must be connected to the Internet with a network cable for a better connection and to avoid disconnections.


2. Check whether you can access the Internet with another computer


Use another PC that you have at home to check that you can connect to the internet. If that doesn't work, there is a problem with your Internet Service Provider. Please inform them about the incident.


3. Restart the computer


Restart your workstation computer once. There may be a problem with the connection to the VPN network. This can occur in particular if your computer has possibly gone into hibernation.


Please confirm in the support ticket that you have gone through the above checklist without success before a support employee will contact you.
