Before you call the hotline, please use the checklist below to check whether the fault may not be in the telephone system.


1. Ensure a connection with a network cable.


Please first make sure that your computer is connected with a network cable. You cannot make phone calls without interference if your computer is connected via WLAN, for example.


2. Check that your headset is working properly.


In some cases it is possible that the audio function of the headset does not work properly. Try to perform a function test with the headset (e.g. a recording).


3. Check that you have entered the correct phone number.


If the number is incorrect, no connection will be established. If you have entered the phone number yourself, check that the phone number is correct. Otherwise, check the telephone system function by dialing another number.
